Founder's Story

I was amazed at how little technical support was available for residential home builders constructing 2 to 50 homes per year back in 2004.  There was software for big guys, but nothing for everybody else beyond acounting related programs.

I assembled a team of business leaders and builders to define exactly what builders need and formed a business to deliver it.

First, we created SelectionWare, an intenet based software . SelectionWare automate the building process into an organized system, including working with their home buyers & subcontractors. We built it in such a way that interaction between all parties is simple, logical, and thorough.

Second, we expanded our consulting practice into teaching groups of builders. Classes & Seminars grew over time from occasional classes into formal programs.

Third, we created Builder Biz Tips as a means to teach builders in volume.  So many builders had business related questions that we streamlined our consulting services into one page tips for everybody that we email for free every Tuesday.

Fourth, we added Select-A-Site based on the request of many clients.  We created ready-to-go websites in collaberation with leading website developers and marketers.  Select-A-Site creates websites for home builders using their pictures and supporting information at a fraction of the cost of traditional web designers.   

We will continue to add more services for both new custom home builders and established builders looking to improve.
